Week 4 of Isagenix

I did it! My first 30 day nutritional cleanse is finished, and the results are in. Drum roll please... 15.2 pounds and 23 inches in 30 days! Heyyyy-oooo! I am also down 2 sizes in jeans! I am currently wearing a pair I got for Christmas that didn't even come close to buttoning, but they do now! Yeah buddy! I love everything about this system! I truly do. I wish everyone cleansed! I will be starting my second 30 day cleanse system tomorrow, but I won't be blogging about it anymore! I have the attention span of a gnat, so this series blogging is just not my cup of tea! This week I moved up from an Isagenix Associate, to an Isagenix Consultant! All together now - ouhhhhh, ahhhhhhh. Pretty cool! Let me consult you! ;) However; the best part of this week was definitely running in the Drew's Day 5k in St. Albans on Saturday morning! I've said before how much I hate running, but I can't say that I "hate" it now. I'm TRYING to learn to like it. It hurts, a

This week I am down .5 pounds, 12.5 pounds total, and 5.5 inches, 22 inches total! YAY! ALWAYS MEASURE! No deep cleanse this weekend, which was good because this Sunday was Easter! Matt and I both have big families and several places to be on holidays! Each one requires some careful planning, but we wouldn't have it any other way! I only got to drink a breakfast shake on Easter Sunday because we had a lunch and dinner to attend. Let's face it, I'm only human! I don't want to watch everyone enjoy their dinner while I drink a shake and look super pretentious! I will admit, this weekend was really hard. No Easter basket and no Reese eggs (which happen to be my all-time favorite candy). Nonetheless, I made it through! I was thinking about what I would say in my blog this week, and I realized that I have talked about what Isagenix has done for me, but I haven't talked about why I chose Isagenix. As you know, I am a Zumba Fitness Instructor, so I teach/take at

Week 2 of Isagenix

Two down, two to go! This week I lost 3.6 pounds, which makes 12 pounds total! As promised, I measured and lost 16.5 inches, but that is from both weeks! I have to say, week 2 was a piece of cake!....mmmm cake... As far as sticking to the program, I really do think it has been fairly easy. I don't have to try anymore! It is all just coming naturally! My energy is up, I'm sleeping better, and I'm REALLY enjoying the results! I feel like a kid again! ;) One Isagenix product I really love is the Want More Energy? drink mix! Also, the Isadelight chocolates really were named appropriately! So good! I'm noticing more and more how much better I feel overall! I signed up to run a couple of local 5Ks (Drew's Day 5K and the Dog Jog 5K, in case anyone is interested in running with me!) I ran my first real 5K (because the Dirty Girl Mud Run doesn't really count) a few weeks ago, and had to walk a few times and really struggled. Of course that caused me to have a

-8.4lbs Week 1 Week 1 of my Isagenix 30 day cleanse is in the books! I feel so great! I'll start with my results. I am down 8.4 pounds! Not too shabby! ;) I had intended on measuring, but I barely have time to shower in the morning, so I'll get around to that later! I first heard about Isagenix about a year ago when I started following Tara Romano's Dance Fitness videos on YouTube! I added her as a friend on Facebook and noticed a lot of talk about this Isagenix stuff. I was interested, but didn't really understand what it was, and I didn't feel like I knew her well enough to ask questions. Well, actually, I didn't know her at all! After she came to West Virginia a couple of months ago (and we fell madly in love) I was able to finally ask about the product. My friend, Sarah Brown, had been interested for awhile, so she jumped on board! She just finished her 30 day cleanse and had great results and wonderful things to say about it! Of cour
